Bad attending

I bought this dress online to wear for Christmas, I paid for express delivery, and to my surprise the dress was delivered to me with an anti-theft sensor attached to it. Which I couldn't use; I called Bloomingdale’s and they said they would resolve the issue and give me an answer within 72 hours, but so far I have no answer and I am here with the dress in no condition to wear it...
