In my climate, I wear coats often. I have Saskia trenches from a few years ago in navy and a beige color called clay. When I was it came it in black this year, I snapped one up. The workmanship and quality are fabulous for a coat at this price point and rival designer brands. The cut is genius for someone one size bigger on the bottom with a subtle fit-and-flare effect without ballooning out at the bottom, while the top part fiTs well. In this style I wear a US6 (which is. Hobbs UK10).
Beautiful and functional trench
The trench is awesome. I'd been looking for something that was well made (not flimsy like you see in so many stores) and fit well (not like a potato sack). This coat is perfectly cut, fitted at the top and then a lines to whisk the water away from my clothes. People stare when I wear this coat and then tell me how beautiful it is!

Beautiful, well-made coat
This coat is a lovey pink. Very feminine and eye-catching. Excellent quality as all Hobbs clothing. I will have to get it altered. It's a little long for me but worth it.

Well-made and beautiful coat!
Love this coat. It is so well made- reinforced stitching, nice lining, bronze hook closure at neckline and buttons that have room to button with thick reinforced thread. The pale pink color is so beautiful! I am looking forward to many years of wearing this coat.

Tailored, chic trench coat
I received a string of compliments from passers-by when I was trying on this coat at the store. The dark magenta color is stunning, and this is an attractive trench coat. I think the coat is true to size according to the size chart. I am 5'2" 105 and I ended up with size 2 (I'm typically a 0-Petite on top). It is a fitted style that can be dressed up or down. It doesn't have as much ease as a casual coat would have, plus the fabric is substantial and a little stiff (I hope the stiffness will ease with wear). The sleeves are slightly longer than I would prefer, and the hem hits mid-knee. I am considering hemming, but I might just leave it alone.
