These are the best running/cross-training shoes I've ever owned! The fit is like a custom fit and my feet don't hurt if I keep them on for a long time! I think they are great!

Doctor recommended & fit wide feet!
I honestly just walked past these a few weeks ago as they looked too chunky & I imagined they were just another fad. Fast forward to my recent podiatry appointment where I was told unequivocally I should be wearing Hoka for support when walking or going to gym. I went back and once I had them on, I realised what a mistake it was to judge them at face value! I have wider than average feet and these have more than ample space to accommodate them. The only caveat is to wear them with thin socks. Those with all the extra padding or thickness to them will leave you feeling as if your proper size doesn’t fit. All that to say is that these do have a medical purpose to them, they are doctor recommended, and even on a high intensity workout, your feet will be more than well protected. I’m heading back for a second pair to use as my “indoor shoes”. I can’t say enough good things about the brand; the construction, the support and the value are all a part of the best shoe purchase I’ve made in years.
