Upper fabric get torn after 4 months of normal everyday wear
This brand was referred to me by my friend. Bought the shoes on 6/15/25. Claimed warranty on 11/08/2025 because the upper fabric by the big toe on the right shoes forming a hole. Send them the picture as they requested. They can look at the sole and see lightly it has been worn. But they declined the warranty. All my SKETCHER, ADDIDAS and ON shoes last longer than 2 years. Definitely not worth the price.

Not the same
I received my new pair of Bondi 9's and I am very let down. They are a completely different shoe and don't have the level of support on the sides for pronation, I could feel all the little bumps and discrepancies in the shoe sole under the ball of my foot, the plush was not there, and, they just felt cheap, like a $25 pair of shoes. So let down because I love Bondi. Please bring back the old style again and I will buy five pairs! This is so sad.

Perfecttion
I cannot even begin to describe how challenging and frustrating it has been for me to find a shoe that fits right and doesn't hurt my feet. I even tried Hoka Arahi 6 in wide but the rubber dug into my arch on one foot, which was disappointing. I do think the brand runs narrow. A wide usually fits. I had no idea extra wide Hokas existed. I got these in extra wide and it's the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. It's a life saver. You have no idea how many shoes I have tried. I hope they never ruin this with an update like my old brand did. These are even better than the pair I was trying to replace. I wish I could afford to buy every available color right now.

I have bought this bondi 9 a lot!
I love love love the bondi 9. I have tried different hokas over the years and this is the best hands down. I am the over 65 age group and no I don't use them for running unless you count errands. They went with me to recent trip to Hawaii and helped my legs and feet but trekking through the hills. Just bought the newest color in it and can't wait to see them, I actually have 3 other colors in this style. My least favorite is the silver white which I just can't get to stay clean. Try them for a week and your feet and knees will be happy

Bondi 9 is disappointing!
I have been wearing Bondi for the past few years starting with the 7. It seems manufacturers always have to change a good thing. I was ok with the Bondi 8 but not as comfortable as the 7. I have a spine disease and happened upon Bondi 7 and they were a great cushioned fit for my feet and back. I just bought a pair of Bondi 9 at Dicks and they are horrible. I even bought a half size bigger. They are a very narrow shoe so I guess I should have also bought a wide. My feet go on pins and needles after wearing them for 2 hours and no cushion for my back. Maybe I can find some back stock of the 8 somewhere!

Width of Bondi9 is less than Bondi8, time to look elsewhere
Have been wearing Bondi8 for several years. I was looking to update to the Bondi9 and purchase them online but I went to the store first to test them out. I asked for the same size and width as I have now. The Bondi9 is slightly narrower both on the sole and in the front foot area and as a result is not fitting well and I will not be purchasing these. While Hoka may want to make improvements in the sole on each version, it is imperative that they ensure that the width of the shoes remain the same to ensure you keep customers. I have tried NB, Reebok, Nike, Adidas, etc. and Hokas were the first shoe to feel extremely comfortable and stay comfortable throughout the life of the shoe. It is EXTREMELY disappointing that Hoka would change this shoe in a what that would impact the fit of the shoe. If they want to update a shoe significantly, then bring out a new shoe line but don't mess with what works. This is so disappointing. Bring back the Bondi8 version.

Ripped very eqsily
I bought 2 if them. Bothe of them gor tipped in 1,5 years . I never har this issue with my nikes or any other sneakers. I bought a hiking boot and my husband bought 2 of them too.. I am really disappointed with the quality with this price.
