Women's Stinson 7 Lace Up Sneakers
Product Details
Web ID: 5220997Another let down
I have been so let down by the pat few new versions of the Stinson. I had purchased it for years, then they changed the design and the toe box is much more narrow. The rear of the show is also different and now I wear it down very quickly getting holes so the plastic rubs against by heel. All around disappointed.

Need a bit more room to give your toes a bit more wiggle room? We have a great solution for you. If the women's widths feel too snug, consider sizing into the men's for added space. Just gather heel-to-toe measurements from our sizing chart: bit.ly/HOKASizeChart and find the corresponding fit in the men's sizing chart. Then, initiate the switch here: bit.ly/HOKAEXRT.
Comfortable but not long lasting
I received my HOKA Clifton 9 GTX on July 28, 2025. They are super comfortable and help a lot with fatigue reduction. I use them for long periods of time during the week, and they provide great stability and support. However, they are not durable at all — around the 2-month mark, the soles started to come apart, which was really disappointing and frustrating. Now, at the 3-month mark, the soles keep peeling off. It's upsetting because I paid a lot of money for shoes that didn't last.

I like the stinson 6 better
I have very high arches and have always bought the stinson model and been very happy wirh it. The new model causes the soles of my feet to start hurting after only 3 miles of hiking. I never had this problem with the previous models.

Wanted to love but they fell apart.
I wanted to love these so much. They are so comfortable. They all black go with everything. I could wear them doing anything. My first pair arrived "damaged". The areas where the fabric meet the sole were already pealing back. I sent them back in the event that it was a fluke and the second pair arrived looking better. However within two weeks, that pair also started falling apart. I've never had this issue before but have never worn this style.

THE BEST SHOE...EVER
I am now on my 3rd pair of Stinsons and I can still wear all 3! I tried the Arahi in attempt to save a few dollars, and while they were comfortable, they were a bit narrow and did not provide near the amount of stability as the Stinsons. (I ended up with blisters w/ the Arahi) The Stinsons provide stabilty and cushion, and I feel supported with every step. I walk A LOT on pavement and I have had 2 hip replacements and have some SI joint issues. No matter what shoe I try, I always go back to the Stinsons. *The only negative I have for the Stinsons is the pair I bought last year has separated (the upper and lower portion) on the inside of each shoe. I just purchased a pair of the all black, and when I recieved them, they were starting to seperate. I am sending them back for a different pair.

Not Durable like they used to be.
After three years of daily use my previous Stinsons were ready to be replaced. I bought the newer version along with a pair of Gaviotas assuming they would be the same quality. This was not the case. After only 2 months of occasional use, both pairs of shoes began to become warped and after three months the seems had started to unstitch. These were incredibly expensive shoes and for both of them to fall apart after around only 100 hours of use is ridiculous. Hoka was my absolute favorite brand of shoes and I'd recommend them to anyone that would listen, but now I highly doubt I'll ever purchase again.

Disappointed in new model
I had the Stinson 5 and absolutely loved them for trail running. With rocky terrain their cushioning was a relief from some of the hard downs. What changed with the shoe? Horrible now. . Got the 7s and felt like I was running in two bricks, and felt every impact as I hit the trail. What is up with the change of the cushioning. Not plush at all. So disappointed in the 7. Hoka you had it right in the 5. I am switching brands. Currently running in another brand who has and makes plush cushion shoes for trail running.

Certainly didn't mean to take you by surprise. Our Stinson 7 has implemented a new H-Frame base in an effort to add stability to this trail powerhouse. If that doesn't work for your gear, take advantage of your 30-day window: bit.ly/HOKA30Day and see if the plush and neutral Mafate 5 could take the top spot in your collection.
WORST FITTING SHOE!
I get sores on my feet every time I wear these! Am still trying to get my money back, or exchange. I love Hoka bondi, I own every color. These are the most uncomfortable sneakers I've ever owned. I got these to hike in, but, they sit in my closet… expensive lesson

No need to push through miles in a pair that's not working for you. If you're within your 30-day window (60 for HOKA Members), initiate a quick exchange here: bit.ly/HOKAEXRT and see if the Clifton 10 could be a better addition to your rotation. It's the latest in the lineup and brings a more cushioned, Bondi-like ride, ideal for maximum impact protection. Be sure to check the sizing chart: bit.ly/HOKASizeChart before ordering a replacement, as blisters and sores are usually indicative of an ill-fitted shoe.
