strong and unpleasant perfume smell

The pj had a strong and unpleasant perfume smell. I kindly ask that Bloomingdale’s ensures items sent to customers are truly new and haven’t been worn before—perhaps in a fitting room or by someone else. If that happens, it would be great if the item could at least be cleaned before being sent out to another customer. Thank you! PS- The pajama itself is actually quite cute. I ordered it in size Small, and it fits perfectly. I would have preferred the top to be just a bit longer, but it’s fine. The fabric is a little too plush—maybe a bit too warm for this time of year—but it’s definitely nice for fall and winter. But I´ll be returning it.
