What It Is

A mechanical brow pencil with a unique triangular-shaped tip that combines the benefits of powder, pencil and wax in one product to create naturally defined brows. The triangular tip allows for fine, precise strokes as well as the ability to fill in the brows quickly and easily. The double-ended component also comes with a brush to blend and groom brows into place.

  • How To Use It

    Twist up slightly until the product reveals itself. Define your brow shape by using the pencil to outline your desired brow shape using the wider edge of the pencil. Fill in any sparse areas to even out your brow using small strokes. Use the brush on the other end to groom and blend brows in place.

Perfect

Love love love Hourglass I have been using some of their products for several years and they really are good. I bought this in soft brunette the perfect soft brown for my dark brown slightly greying now eyebrows. Superb product it doesn’t feel flimsy but very substantial. Love it!

Good product but a splurge

The Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil is a solid product with a great formula. It’s easy to apply, blends well, and lasts all day without smudging. The angled tip makes shaping quick and precise, and the built-in spoolie is one of the better ones I’ve used. The finish looks natural, and it’s great for both bold and subtle brows. That said, the price is hard to justify for what it is. There are similar brow pencils out there for much less that perform just as well. I like it, but I’m not sure I’d keep buying it at this price. Maybe best to buy when Space NK run a promotion!

Soft brunette

Absolutely love Hourglass cosmetics, the quality is underrated, and the micro sculpting pencil is outstanding, the only pencil I have found which actually allows you to create delicate strokes, with the spoolie at the other end, it easily blends out for a softer look. I love ‘Soft Brunette’ shadow.

Nice but maybe a little too soft

I like the colour pay off but it’s a little too soft so you end up applying more product than you need if you’re not careful. Great for filling in brows but not so much for precision shaping and if your hairs are really thick it’s slightly harder to fill in gaps.

Perfect for filling in brows

I grew up when plucking your eyebrows into a thin line was the height of fashion. I've been trying to recover them ever since but still have quite a lot of gaps. This pencil is perfect - it looks natural, doesn't smudge, lasts all day, easy to apply and easy to build on, and will last forever. This is my go to make up item for improving my look with one product.

Precision and Perfection

This hourglass Arch brow sculpting pencil promises to deliver natural-looking, defined brows with minimal effort. You can fill in your brows with the wider side but you can also create more precise strokes with the angled edge. I have the shade dark brunette and it’s perfect for me!

My favourtie

This is my go to brow pencil create the look of naturally fuller, defined brows in one easy step. It is versatile due to its shape - the triangular shape allows me to sculpt with broad strokes using the flat edge of the pencil, as well as fill in with fine lines using the pointed tip. And I love the shade warm blonde - looks very natural and goes perfectly with my fairly warm/neutral complexion, blond hair.
