love all the supplements especially

love all the supplements especially skinny bird combined witg best of berberine, counter cravings snd flatter me i feel extremely full to a point where i feel some nausea but nothing that i can't tolerate additionally ive been doing intermittent fasting18/6 so i take the supplements at noon with a light meal and at dinner time
