Does not hold up

I have had this product for almost 2 yrs. The door no longer works properly, everything about it is awkward to work and now the screen has gone out so that we have to guess what we are setting it on. Also, for everything it does, it doesn't make toast! Just going to back to a dial based toaster over instead of something so overly designed that it gave up on quality.

Bad product

A great product until it failed a little after 2 years. The oven made a horrible noise and we had to discard it, not wanting to test it again due to safety concerns. I will never buy a product from this company again. A waste of money. Don't buy it!

Absolutely the Best Air Fryer.

This is Absolutely the best Air Fryer, Broiler anyone could ask for!! I have purchased 4 units total since 2018 I have put then in all of my homes…my cabin, home, motorhome and gave one to my grandson. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Looks nice setting out on the counter. Super easy to Clean. It doesn’t have any smells. As unlike other air Fryers it cooks super fast. Well worth the price.

Toxic smell persists

I have a smaller Vortex drawer style which I love. I really wanted this one to work out and spent days researching and watching videos about this specific model. Sadly this one has a toxic smell that persists after deep cleaning and six heat up cool downs in hopes that the smell would go away. Disappointing.

Super Loud air fryer

I usually read reviews prior to purchasing items yet somehow I failed to do so with this product....and I am wishing that I had. I would not recommend this air fryer. It is super loud when on and gives off a strong wiers smell which has persistd weeks after purchasing/using.. it is pretry spacious though and I do like the rotating basket.

Dangerous

Bolts flew into food from the grate inside air fryer. Steam also Gets caught in front door of Item. Very dangerous machine.
