So Far So Good

This is a Christmas gift for my son so we have not used it yet. We both have looked a long time for a quality carving board with a deep perimeter groove and a juice well that is deep. This fits the bill. We are replacing one that was in the family since the 1960s and had heavy use. Replacements so far have easily cracked or split. That is why we wont know about this one for a while. It certainly looks promising and is thick and heavy so I am feeling quite positive about it. If they let me come back here for an update, I will do so.
