Beautiful chain wallet
I ordered this chain wallet few weeks ago in ballet pink to go with the matching JC shoes I bought. Although it’s small I really love it. I was so excited when it arrived until I opened the box to see a wrinkled dust bag that looks like it’s been washed. It’s apparent that the bag had been bought and used, then returned. The wallet had no stuffing, Authenticity cards are a little bent from bag being Carried. I called customer service and was told that dust bag was not in the product details on website which means it didn’t come with one. I told her this is not my first JC bag and although it’s not in description they do come with dust bag same as with their shoes. All I wanted was a new dust bag. She called the store that sent it out to me and they said it was their last chain wallet and dust bag so they were unable to sent me another one. I search all over the Internet at different stores and no one has it in the ballet pink anymore. So I decided to keep it because I really love that it match my shoes. They offered to send me a $25 gift card. Bloomingdales need to do a better Job when it comes to returning items that’s obviously been used. Especially high dollar items. I paid to much money not to have a new one. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Appearance is everything ! Not to happy with how things turned out with this purchase.
