Beautiful Wedding Shoes — With a Bump in the Road
I bought a pair of Jimmy Choo heels for my wedding, and they were absolutely gorgeous — elegant, timeless, and the perfect finishing touch to my bridal look. However, during the first alteration appointment (thankfully before the big day), one of the heels broke. I was so disappointed, especially considering the quality and price I expected from such a well-known luxury brand. That said, the situation was handled incredibly well. I brought the shoes to a Jimmy Choo store about 30 days after purchasing them, and the sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful. They immediately offered to send the pair out and arranged for a brand new replacement. I had my new shoes in time for the wedding, and they held up beautifully throughout the entire day. While the initial break was a bit of a letdown, the excellent customer service completely turned things around. I’m giving four stars instead of five due to the issue, but I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Jimmy Choo again — they truly stand behind their products.

Pretty shoes, lovely pearl strap, versatile color. I sized up 1/2 size per other reviews but they are too big on me
