Wrong shoe delivered in the box and when tried to return the shoe I wanted was unavailable
Beautiful shoes !
These shoes are quite beautiful. I ordered a half size up as other reviewers had suggested, but they were too big. Unfortunately, I realize that I need size 4 and a half, my true size. I hope Bloomingdale will start to sell these gorgeous shoes and others soon in my size.

pretty shoes but Bloomingdale's sent torn box
beautiful! comfortable too. Got them on sale during cyber monday BUT the box they were shipped in was all beat up...not the best look for a designer shoe. Bloomingdale's needs to be mindful of this in the future, I was disappointed by how torn up the Jimmy Choo box was. If I hadn't bought from Bloomingdales I would be concerned they are fake...

I love these shoes, and tried them on in the JC store. I was hoping to purchase them on Bloomingdale’s website while a gift card event was happening. I was disappointed to see the offering in sizing. While Bloomingdale’s offers half sizing up to a size 10, after that the only size available is 11. These shoes run small lengthwise due to the pointed toe. Purchasing an 11.5 isn’t an option. Hopefully Bloomingdale’s will cater to more size needs in the future.

Beautiful shoe! Other Jimmy Choo’s I own run small , based on previous reviews, I purchased my regular size. Sadly they need to go back because they are too small. They run a size and a half small and the next size was not available.
