“Choo” would not be happy!!

Nothing to do with the shoe itself, they sent me the floor sample that had obviously been worn out of the store. The bottoms were scuffed, leather had scratches and there was foot dirt in the shoe. The box had tape all over it and there were stickers on the bottom of the shoe all ripped. When I went to the store to return them, the person in the shoe department gave me a “it happens” instead of being completely mortified that Bloomingdales would send out anything in this condition let alone something so expensive and apologizing. She was sarcastic enough to ask me if I wanted to return them. Very disappointing!!
