Disappointing candle

I am very disappointed in this candle. It arrived with significant bubbles against the glass in the wax, and when I raised this as an issue with customer service, they said this is normal, even in luxury candles. The wax smelled nice before I lit the candle, but when lit it didn't smell of much at all, and I had to hold it right up to my face to get any scent.
