I’d never, ever shop here again

Store was supposed to deliver same day but then said that the driver couldn’t reach me, and the store refused to refund me and also said they weren’t going to redeliver! So essentially they just expected me to make a $200 donation to Bloomingdale’s. I had to call the bank to reverse the charges and order from another store.
