Horrible shipping and horrible customer service

The package came broken, and the wheel is damaged, there’s also missing parts. Try to contact the manufacturer Customer Service because it’s the third-party seller from Bloomingdale out. The number listed on their website is not a valid number. Reached out to Bloomingdale and Bloomingdale saying they reached out to manufacture and then will be in contact with me in five business days and it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard anything, just going to return it and not deal with this brand at all. Will be looking into other brand.
