Beautiful Sport Coat/ Problem Applying for credit

Beautiful Sport Coat, Disappointed with Credit Dept. Bought a beautiful John Varvatos sport coat. Salesperson was extremely helpful and offered another 20% for opening a credit card. Because I had frozen my credit report with all tha scams occurring, they refused to process the credit. I unfroze the report while in the store and they still refused to process the credit request. As a result, I lost 20% on the purchase. Disappointing credit process.
