Chips Easily

I registered for a full set of plates, mugs, bowls and side plates for my wedding a while back. So many chipped right away and most of the bowls broke (5 out of 8) from every-day use. Do not waste money on these, they don't last. Many had unsightly cracks and chips in less than 6 months of use. HOWEVER, they were gorgeous at the time I purchased.

Love this!

I have had the whole set for 5 years and get continuous compliments. The only glaze issue is black marks on some of the plates; however, it just looks like real pewter. I use these daily and had none of the other issues mentioned.

Uh oh

Glaze doesn't last. I bought one mug to try before ordering an entire set and the mug's glaze wore off quickly.

Glaze dulls

Glaze wore off the pewter completely after one year. Now the dishes are dull and rough to touch. I have used them daily and washed in the dishwasher but they are advertised as durable and dishwasher safe. I emailed the company with pictures but they did not reply.

Simply Beautiful!

I also have had no problem with the finish dulling. I put them in the dishwasher all the time. They look great mixed with the white Berry & Thread pattern.

Nice Concept But....

I bought 4 mugs & they look good at first, but now they just look like dark colored mugs--lost the pewter look!

Gorgeous and durable

This collection is unique and versatile. I love that it's so durable and at the same time, simply gorgeous! Haven't had any of the problems mentioned in the other review about the pewter fading.
