Runs small!!!

I usually wear a size 2 so I ordered this in a size 4US as I know British brands run small. I couldn't even get the zipper up. I exchanged it for a 6 and it was still too small in the chest and way too big in the armholes. Otherwise, it is a really beautiful dress and I loved the color.
