Cropped Jacket too short for tall gals!

I received this jacket before receiving the dress and was so disappointed as to the length of the jacket on me. I am 5'8" and slender, but the jacket only covered my chest and was not long enough to cover any part of my stomach. I immediately checked the size and confirmed that it was not a petite size 4 but was in fact a "regular' size 4 though one much too short lengthwise for my frame! Though I usually love Karl Lagerfeld Paris designs, unfortunately, this is one item I am returning as it was much too short for me!
