Items stolen by DoorDash same day delivery. Bloomingdales refuses to submit investigation to resolve issue and take ownership. I’ve made several attempts to get support and information to resolve the matter appropriately l, only to be ignored and transferred to different departments for hours. I would have never delivered gifts in this manner had I known my merchandise was being delivered by a stranger with no obligation to be a loyal employee. I live in a secure doorman building. They deliver your products in their “Big Brown Bag” (and the door dashers hot bag) which clearly looks like a food delivery to an unknowing security guard). Regardless, I left clear instructions (on top of paying an additional $20 delivery fee) that all deliveries are to be registered with our front desk security. They did not follow instructions. Avoid delivering gifts this way or ordering anything for your business using this delivery option. Bloomingdales will not provide transparency or support.

Exceptionally made with great quality material. At first I was doubting to by this one or a cheaper brand. But then, I realized the name should come with quality, and it did. The design and details are executed really well, and it provides a great fit to who’s wearing it.
