Depends on your idea of quality

This rhinestone studded blazer really captured my eye. Has a matching trouser. If this was cut to fit a thinner build longer and leaner build, I would have enjoyed for the holidays. I found the fabric quality not up to par which was just fine bc its a low price point. Just okay.
