The new turquoise with the red looks nothing like the picture, not even close. So disappointed, I would have been very happy had it looked as pictured.

Pretty earrings but bad packaging

I’ve purchased Kendra Scott jewelry items in the past from Bloomingdale's. Each item has always been nicely packaged in a pouch, placed inside a Kendra Scott box. Last week I ordered the mother of pearl Elle earrings as a birthday gift for my sister. The earrings were placed in a Bloomingdales mailing bag, completely UNPROTECTED..No pouch, No box. (Fortunately they weren’t damaged.) Bloomingdales’ employees should be required to package fragile items appropriately.
