left heel broken after 8 times usage

Pathetic. I bought 3 pairs in the last 7 months of the same shoe because I really love it all this brands. But for this specific color, black, BE CAREFUL. All of the 3 pairs the left heel brokea after couple of uses I called I make a complain and nothing I am not byuyinf this item any more.

Ran small

Runs a bit small

It's a very beautiful heel with the gold accents. Material feels like it'll last which is great. Only problem is that it runs a bit small. I'm a 6.5 and ordered in that size but these feel like a 6. These are the only heels I've had the sizing issue with so I know that these run small. I would say size half a size up. But other than that these were a great purchase.

Lovely pair of shoes

Not much to say about this one - it’s classic. It’s quality, comfortable and looks elegant. Lovely pair of shoes. Love Kenneth Cole brand.

Runs small, otherwise fantastic.

Sturdy and comfortable. I found them to be a bit snug, so I exchanged for a half-size up, and that did the trick.

Beautiful but runs small

Beautiful but definitely runs smal. I normally wear 7.. got an 8 and right shoe a lil pinchy in my little toe.

Comfortable, size up!

First impression- very confortable. There is a cushion at the ball of the foot that’s really great. The heel height is prefect, not too high. I normally wear an 8, but sized up according to other reviews; so glad I did, 8.5 fits perfectly. I only gave 4 stars because I haven’t worn them out yet.
