Kiehl's hydrating acne treatment lotion with 1.2% salicylic acid is specifically formulated to improve the appearance of acne by rapidly clearing pimples, fading post-acne marks and helping to prevent future breakouts without over-drying skin. Concentrated with 1.2% salicylic acid, 2% niacinamide, postbiotic lactobacillus ferment and glycerin, this formula works as an allover daily acne treatment that visibly clears acne and reinforces skin's barrier without excessive dryness.

KEY INGREDIENTS:
- Salicylic acid (1.2%) is a medicated beta-hydroxy acid that helps clear acne while exfoliating and refining skin texture.
- Niacinamide (2%), the form of vitamin B3 used within Kiehl's formulas, is known to help visibly brighten skin. When used in topical skincare formulas, niacinamide can also help balance skin's surface oil.
- Postbiotic lactobacillus ferment is a fermented ingredient that helps support a healthy microbiome. Within Kiehl's formula, it helps target acne.

I love this product.
As I am getting into my 40s I was looking for a new skin care regimen to help with dry/oily combination skin. I wanted a product that could give me more moisture, especially during winter months and could fight random breakouts. My skin has never felt smoother. Didn’t work for me
unfortunately it didn’t work for me, my skin got worse. I got breakouts like I never had before. I wish it would have work, the amount of positive reviews made me think that it could have work on me as well. However, it didn’t work, who knows maybe my skin is too sensitive.

Great lotion for acne
I have replaced my skincare routine with using this as my moisturizer. I have a lot of breakouts currently and love this lotion as it is not drying at all or thick and seems to help my active acne. I have been using it just once a day at night.

Love this product
