New formula is horrible .. smells and watery now .. does not clean as well .. will be looking for replacement.. please change it back

It feels really good when I wash my face with it. I use a face scrubber. It feels good going on my face. It also had a very good scent to it. 😁😁😁😁 It lathers up very well & I like that very well. 😁😁😁😁.

Great product ruined
The new formula is awful. It smells different. Is watered down and does not lather well. You ruined a great parody to save money. Shame on you corporate ownership

Long time Kiehl’s customer but very disappointed with the new scent and feel of this face wash. The old formula was so much better. Won’t buy this again unless Kiehl’s comes out and admits their fault and reverts back.

Been using this product for ages. The formula change is really bad. Please go back to previous formula or release a secondary line that we all clearly enjoyed. Would recommend this product to my friends and family. Not anymore

Horrible new watered down soap
I thought I was the only one until I saw the reviews! This face wash used to be great but now it is clearly watered down and doesn’t lather as well. I bought the largest size during the Black Friday sale last year and immediately noticed the difference. Now a year later I refuse to buy this new watered down disappointment. You’ve lost a customer.

First they messed up aftershave. Then they decided to ruin face wash. Like many others, I've been using this product for I don't remember how many years. It has been great until some "genius" decided to change the formula and save few bucks. The new product smells bad, produces no lather and at least twice thinner than the old version, making you go through the bottle much quicker. Enough is enough. Good bye, Kiehl's. I am really disappointed, Kiehl's. Like others have said, this was once a great product. I've been using it for years. I did not know you had changed the formula until I started using a new bottle. It has been watered down, which means I have to use twice as much, and it does not cleanse as well as it used to. I won't be buying this again.
