Allergic Reaction

This product gave me a major allergic reaction. I look like I got lip injections which would be great if it weren't so itchy. It is unclear which ingredient caused this as there are many chemical ingredients listed and I've never had a reaction like this. I'll stick to more natural brands in the future. What a waste of money!

Lips r so dry :(

Oh no! This new formula is terrible, it dries up my lips. I didnt know you changed the formula, and i bought 3! I just opened the first of my 3 today. What happened to the old formula, please bring it back! I have been buying your lip balm for over 10 years. This formula is noticeably different from the original. Can i return these? I really can’t use it, my lips are so dry.

Minted Lip Balm

I like this lip balm, the feel of it on and how it keeps my lips from drying out over the day in the arid climate of the desert where I live, but, the top of the tube, where you apply it after squeezing some out on the tip of the tube, is not as smooth, or in the correct shape for a smooth application. Rather concave and somewhat rough. Needs improving for a flawless finish.

So bad, please bring back the old ingredients

So bad.. I’ve been using this lip balm for years, took me so many years to find the best lip balm for extremely dry lips. This lip balm was the best in the market. They recently changed their formula, when I contacted them, they didn't tell the truth about changing the formula, I still have my old lip balm to compared. I’m so disappointed :(
