Never recommending this to anyone ever

There are fragrances I own that I don't mind sharing with other people. Like if someone asked me for the name of the perfume, I'd tell them no hesitation. But this perfume is my new guarded secret. It has had a totally profound effect on me and for the first time ever, I want to keep it all to myself. How I feel when I wear this perfume is the feeling I've been searching for my whole life as an avid sniffer of perfumes. Dramatic I know, but appropriate. It is *to me* how heaven must smell, and I adore it on every level. It suits me, it warms my heart and nothing about it feels misplaced. From opening to closing, it's pure magic and easily my first proper signature scent. I don't think it will ever bore me, it's so multifaceted but comfortingly familiar. For a while I was beginning to feel so disheartened each time I tried a new release from another niche brand, worried that maybe Covid had ruined my sense of smell because absolutely nothing wowed me. So many fan faves underwhelmed me and I'd spends hours in shopping centres tryyyying to make it happen with other perfumes but no success. Then finallyÖ this. *chef's kiss* For anyone who thinks this is a weaker version of Love Don't Be Shy, I couldn't disagree more. It's simply NOTHING like it, worlds apart in my opinion, and I actually reeeaaally dislike the Love DBS original for so many reasons. If you're put off by that comparison, just ignore it. And also don't take the words "eau fraiche" the wrong way, this is a quality eau de parfum with developing, enveloping, longevity and worth every penny. But of course, I don't recommend it. ;-) I

Love Don't Be Shy Eau FraÓche

A completely disagree with the one negative opinion/review of Love Don't Be Shy Eau FraÓche. Not all fragrances are required to be super long-lasting to be appreciated. This is a lovely, light, decadent fragrance. It smells absolutely gorgeous on my wife. The 'Eau FraÓche' description is spot on, it is a more airier fragrance to its original version. Lovely. Kilian rarely disappoints.
