Not the Best

I've had this wok for several years and want to love it, but have found that the surface that actually sits on the electric burner is only 3.5 inches. That means the wok takes too long to heat up and never seems to get hot enough. Maybe it's better on a gas stove but for an electric stove top, choose a different brand.

Heavy duty wok!

Great quality, very sturdy and durable. It’s worth the money. Works on my induction stove.

Beautiful heavy wok but it won't brown the food. Good for steaming but not for stir-frying as it will steam the food but won't brown the food.

Stainless Steel Wok 15’

This is a stainless steel wok that the foods doesn’t stick! What i did is make the wok heat first by testing it with drops of water, and the water should not immediately evaporate but make a mercury test, like a drop of water sliding on the wok. Then add a little bit of oil and lower the fire and start sauteing my garlic and onion.

Kitchen Aid Stainless Steel Wok

I loved this KitchAid wok, it is well made, love the fact that it can be used with induction cooking, I have a gas stove and it sits well without having to add any metal rings, I paid for this item, and I highly recommend it.

Pretty and practical

I have been using a single ply stainless wok for years. Each I sauté food or stir fry stuff, usually part of the food burnt around the rim. However, as I use this 5-ply wok, the above situation is gone. Wonderful! From now on I have no fear of cancer causing burnt stuff.
