I am so glad I spent the extra money and got the larger screen, it is extremely quiet on the grind, it is easy to clean, super user friendly, you literally don't even need to follow any manual instructions, it is seamless from beginning to end. Aesthetically it is stunning and works so well in my kitchen and is not bulky looking! the design is genius, sleek, understated and matches my decor/design aesthetic. Basically, if you know how to turn on a computer you can use this machine. It is such a joy to use! Thank you Kitchen Aid!

very good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the coffee machine KF8 about 3 weeks and find very good although I would like it to give more milk for an cappuccino in the glasses that came with the came machine promotion, to fill the glass I have to double up on the coffee shot which it very strong for me

Amazing feature that work for me

I purchased this a little over a month ago, and it has been great. I’m not an expert in coffee, but I can definitely taste the difference when I have a fresh cup. I researched other brands that offer similar features, and one aspect that really stood out to me was the ability to differentiate between regular dairy milk and plant-based milk. Additionally, I appreciate the self-cleaning function that activates after making milk-based drinks. It’s quite straightforward, even for someone with no prior experience owning an espresso machine. Lastly, the dual cup option and the grounds option are fantastic. While brewing two cups at once isn’t a necessity, it’s a nice feature to have. The grounds option is also great if I want to brew a regular cup of coffee, while I can still enjoy espresso drinks whenever I like.

Excellent drinks--easy to use and clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one month of heavy use in making espresso, coffee, and milk based drinks, we are extremely happy with this machine. It is intuitive to use, self cleans and reminds you when programed cleaning is required. My wife said this espresso machine makes it so easy for her to make any of the drinks it is programed to make.

Life's better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to splurge a little this holiday and switch from a drip coffee maker to this fully auto espresso machine. Previously we enjoyed Espresso and Macchiato at our local coffee shop. This Kitchenaid KF8 compares pretty well with the drinks we order at the coffee shop. I have absolutely no complaints. The fresh water tank holds enough water for 2 to 3 days of 2 drinks per day. We can swap out the bean hopper to fine-tune our drinks. Adjustable spout is great for our larger coffee mugs. What's not to like! It's my new addiction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing. This makes excellent drinks, that are tailored to our tastes. It’s easy to clean, and easy to use. While a little pricey up front, it’s great only buying coffee beans. No more filters, pods or k-cups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a month ago. I’m liking the new heating system on the KitchenAid. Like the personal programming with multiple coffee options for each user. We owned 2 Breville Oracle with twin boilers. The boiler failed on the first Breville and 2nd Breville the relays contact would stick.
