LUV this Bed

Really comfortable, added down mattress pad made by Kluft. Been turning 190 every three weeks to help break in mattress evenly. Very pleased so far.

Plush mattress

Plush category description but wish it had more plushness. Went through two Kluft mattresses that sagged in center prior to getting the Margrave. as the replacement. At this price point was surprised I had issues. Bloomie's mattress customer service was excellent for replacing. Manufacturer suggested to rotate 180 degrees every two weeks for three months. Very inconvenient and heavy to rotate. Although, it seems like it is working so far.

Very comfortable so far (less than 2 months). Somewhat firm and still very comfortable.

Expensive but comfortable

This is a higher quality mattress. We have owned a Kluft mattress for 17 years. In that time we have had two mattress and now on our Third. This last mattress was more expensive and really doesn’t feel like the same quality as the first two. It seems like the quality has decreased in the years. We had to send the second one back due to two wells developing in the bed where we slept. Bloomingdale’s return policy is not competitive to other sellers and we had to pay a hearty fee to have it replaced. Over all we are happy with the mattress all considering and are keeping it.
