I am very surprised I had this collar for a year and 2 months and within the first few months a stone went missing, then a few months ago a stone is half missing also the hardware has tarnished. I just thought I leave my experience since today I had to purchase a coach dog collar thinking the KG collar would last. I do have loads of KG merchandise and never had issues with stones missing nor hardware tarnishing. BTW when my dog is groomed it is taken off.
