Love at first sight
Love love love. True to size, comfy. Look great. Cannot speak to durability as they are new and need a little breaking in.

Terrible
I’d love to review these boots but I’ve still not received them. 3rd day they’re supposedly “out for delivery” with UPS. Tried to file a lost package claim but was denied by Bloomingdale’s. I reached out to customer service and was told, I need to wait a few more days. Eventually contacted my credit card company and told them I’ve been charged but never received the item. I’ll NEVER order from Bloomingdale’s again. Their customer service isn’t ver good. I forgot to mention this was a Christmas gift 😟
Boot is Heavy
Wanted to love but these were not comfortable for me. Boot is heavy and my heel kept popping up. Tried a smaller size but didn’t work as well.

Was looking for a new pair of basic black boots. But then I saw these! Beyond comfortable and beyond cool! One I tried them in I knew I had to have them…. They are the perfect combo of comfort and uniqueness.

Excellent
I can't believe it. I bought these thinking they would not fit as I tried multiple Kurt Geiger sneakers which were just so small and low in the toebox. I am so pleased . I had to leave this review right after I tried them on. They fit perfectly even with a thin innersole and a thicker winter sock.
