Bloomingdales
My issue is with Bloomingdales and not the products. Bloomingdales customer service is the WORST now days in every way possible. I ordered over $400 worth of beauty products including $416 worth of La Mer products which came with a free gift of La Mer products that I DID NOT receive. When I did the chat to complain, I received no help at all. Was told the free gift wasn't an option then, not true. Was told I needed to select the items myself, also not true. Then, I was told I would need to go in store to deal with it. Called the store and initially was referred to the La Mer line with no answer multiple times. I've been shopping at Bloomingdale's sine 2008 when I was employed there and to watch the decline of customer service from then to now is appalling. At the end of the day, I will return these products in a heartbeat just to not give you all my money because this is a frustrating way to spend my time and moneytracking down something that was advertised and not provided.

False Advertisement
If I purchase these items separately right now on Bloomingdale's (same exact products and sizes) the cost would be $640. I only save $20 by purchasing the set and it's nowhere near the whopping $830 value you list in the description. Just say consumer saves $20. It's more honest & transparent.

One of a Kind!
I have super sensitive skin and react with redness and dry flakey skin whenever I use my stronger retinol. After trying a BUNCH of different products that people had recommended with no help- I was reading the reviews for this product that said this was the savior to "skin that needs extra love after treatments" I gave this a pricey try but let me tell you something.... It's worth it. I don't plan on using this every day as it is quite pricey for a fairly small amount but it is worth it to use when I need some Extra care. Truly the ONLY thing that has helped. Not a single patch of dry skin or redness after using my strong retinol. Again- Highly Reccomend!

Ingredients Changed!
I’ve been using Crème de la Mer since 2011 and without warning they changed the ingredients. The cream contains corn oil, a cheap filler oil which I also happen to be deathly allergic to. Thankfully my mom noticed the change before I started a new jar. I will now have to find an alternative. It is a shame because the cream maintained my skin firm and wrinkle free from my 20’s and now into my late 30’s when I will really need it I can’t use it!

Not at all worth it
Very thick, used every night for 5 months…don’t see anything. I have a clone of this for 1/20th of the price I get from my dermatologist that’s much more effective. Also “testing on 16 woman for one day” is a joke.
