Gorgeous eye cream
This is such a gorgeous eye cream, it feels really luxurious and is rich and hydrating without being heavy. It has definitely made a difference to my eye area, no miracles and I still have some bags and dark circles but they are definitely better than they were. The area feels well hydrated. I received a sample but it has lasted me 2 weeks already and have really enjoyed using it. Can’t ignore the huge price tag though and not sure I would stretch to paying full price but if you want a treat and can get a good deal I’d say give it a try.

Overrated
This takes a long time to absorb into the skin and annoyingly, it has to be really worked in otherwise your skin will turn white. It is hydrating but at the same time it stays tacky so it’s not something you can slap on and go/apply makeup over immediately. Didn’t really feel luxurious to me. Has a nondescript plain, slightly medicinal scent. Pass. Didn’t deliver any of its magic promises.

Lovely cream
I received a sample of this with a recent order I placed which is always a lovely treat. This product would normally be outside of my budget range, but I have to say I was super impressed. The texture is rich and creamy and felt great on my skin so may have to start saving up!

Backed by Science
Received a sample tube and have just finished it. This is rich in texture and does feel luxurious and indulgent to use. My eye contour is on the drier side and some eye creams can be irritating but not this. It absorbed nicely, and my skin just felt more smooth with fine lines less noticeable. Yes this is a luxury brand with a price-tag to match but for the ingredient quality backed by the research and science, I say if your budget permits then go for it!

Sample Size
I recently tried a free sample of the La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Eye Cream, and I was instantly impressed. The texture is rich but absorbs beautifully without feeling heavy or greasy. After just a few uses, the skin around my eyes looked smoother and more hydrated, and my fine lines seemed a little softer. It also gives a lovely, refreshed look in the mornings — perfect under makeup. Even though it’s definitely a luxury product, you can feel the quality right away. I’ll definitely consider buying the full size — it’s a real treat for tired eyes! 💙

I got a small sample from this eye cream which I was thinking already for a while to try it. It is a very luxury, very hydrating, feels amazing around my sensitive eyes. The sample, obviously was too small to say something about improvement around eye area but I believe that if using regularly could get the results that I wanted. Very pricey but I think is worth it.

Expensive
I recently received a sample and was pleasantly surprised by the generous size of the sample that allowed me to use it daily in the evening for 1 week. It felt quite luxurious when applied and my skin felt soft in the morning The scent is very powerful though, probably a bit too strong for my liking. It smells like a floral perfume. The biggest drawback is the price, it's just way too expensive.
