Never got it. My package arrived yesterday. I opened it only to find out that Bloomingdale’s sent me the wrong size. I called and spoke to Leonardo. He assured me that the right size was being sent to me. I asked him to please check stock and make sure it was available in the correct size. He “absolutely, and I am going to expedite it to you”. I told him that I was on the website and it said there were none left. He said the website was wrong and said that he processed the order for an exchange. We got off the phone and I called back 1 minute later to get another representative. That representative apologized profusely and said that there were, in fact, no more blouses left in stock. I looked at the email Leonardo had sent and he processed it as a return (not an exchange). He just completely lied. Leonardo was just looking for a good rating on the survey that followed our call. I am very unhappy with Bloomingdale’s.
