Sticky residue

There must have been a change in formula over the last few years. I typically use the Confort cleanser, but this came in a gift set so I have been using it. It's too thick to get out of the tube, sticks in the palm of your hand - requiring way too much work to get it to foam up. Worst of all, after rinsing - it leaves almost a sticky residue, not a smooth clean feeling. Lancome - please go back to the original formula!

Fantastic

I love this face cleaner. I only need a pea size amount that covers my face and neck in a rich cream. When water added it is a clean foam that rinses thoroughly, leaving my skin clean!!
