Lovely dress, but difficult to put on

The dress is attractive and made with high quality fabrics, however, it is very difficult to put on. I purchased the dress for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. Once I put the dress on, I realized that it will be extremely difficult to get the dress on once my hair and make up are completed. There is only a short zipper from the left armpit to the hip. This requires that I maneuver the dress (and lining) with attached cape over my head. I will most likely have to drive myself to the salon to get my hair and makeup done with the dress on which is not ideal. Any suggestions?

Not a show stopper

The fabric is great, the fit very flattering, not too long so heels would do the trick no alterations really---for reference I am 5'7 128lbs--but the cape was sad---the material was probably the issue--and not full enough in my opinion--like the concept but it did not work for me.

Mother of the groom dress

I bought this dress for my son's wedding, which was on New Year's Eve and the dress code was black, black tie. It was so comfortable, I did have a dressmaker tack down the cape. I received so many compliments and another soon to be mother of the groom said she was going to buy it for her son's wedding.

Ralph Lauren gown

I ordered a 10 because I didn’t read the fabric type and usually need a 10 for my back and chest. Tried it on in store and only needed a 6. I’m 5’5 about 143lbs. It’s such a beautiful gown, I am wearing to my sons wedding ♥️ Classic and beautiful Ralph Lauren

Classy and comfortable.

The fabric is soft and comfortable to wear. It is just too long. So I have to cut it a few inches to make it wearable. The cape is too long as well, I had to hold it up a bit so it doesn’t “sweep” the floor. It’s pretty plain so adding a necklace and bracelets brings out the beauty of the dress.
