ALMOST the perfect denim dress/jacket - size down!

Sizing for this item is messed up, after returning two of these the third finally fit. I ordered one size down from my size on the chart and the dress is still roomy (8p 5'2" - 34/31/41) . Love this dress/jacket but the belt loops are way too low and hit at the top of my hips (not flattering). I am removing the belt loops but find the denim behind them is darker :(. This dress/jacket is almost perfect. For the price I expect better.
