The perfect skirt! Classic RL, Preppy.

This is the perfect skirt. Classic RL, Preppy. I had to look forever to find my size and Bloomy's had it! I wear a size 4 or a 6P in Ralph Lauren. And it fits true to size. Waist is stretch-band so it lies flat. Can wear this skirt year round!
