Very different design from the picture

This is the most disappointing LRL dress purchase to date, and I've bought many over the years. What you see in the advertising picture is a "concept" design, on which the actual product was only loosely based. The flattering bodice, strategic placement of stripes in different directions, attention to symmetry -- you won't find any of that in the dress. Instead, the stitching is cheap and wrinkles; the entire dress is diagonal, misaligned, and flimsy; the poor lil belt feels completely out of place; and the length is nothing what the picture may suggest (I'm just over 5'8" and as you can see, it hits me at half calf). I knew immediately this would be a return.

Almost perfect BUT ….

Dress I purchased in store is def way longer and def not knee length ! Fit is great and I love the flowy skirt It’s a deep v neck and has a zipper in back /// the MAJOR issue is the zipper ! It literally sticks out horribly right on your rear area and I’m not sure it’s fixable Kinda bummed as I really like and sixing is true to size …14 fit perfect I wear a 10 in Lee/Levi’s jeans - 40D

Picture is WRONG!!!!!

I ordered this dress and I was sent a different dress not once but twice. Can someone at Macy's please help? I would like to know if the dress in the picture is available?? Here is the dress that I was sent. It is the same material but a totally different cut. Please Help!
