Understated elegance!

The fabric on this dress is comfortable and high quality. You can arrange the tie to be a bow too. My only hesitation is that I could probably use a petite size and Bloomie’s does not carry it in a petite. The color is dreamy and you can dress this up to be a “cocktail dress” with jewelry etc.
