Satin fabric and lined It is on an elastic it flows nicely when you move and very feminine and the black and white floral pattern is classic Very pleased I’m 5’0 and weigh 118 got size 10but could’ve sized down.

I love this skirt!

Nice skirt, nice flow, material feels good, good length, it's just a bit expensive, hence the 4 stars.

Heaver than it looks

Was looking forward to wearing this in the Spring and Summer. It is heavy - lining is thick - may be too warm for the summer but it is very pretty and feminine so I'll keep it to wear other seasons. True to size, a little longer on my 5'4" frame than on the model. Would also look great with a pair of ankle or over the calf boots.
