Sadly Returned- only sent half the dress…

Difficult to review because there are two pieces to the dress- the black under slip and the sheer overlay. Bloomingdale’s only sent me the sheer overlay. I only had half the dress to try on so would have returned anyway but the sheer fabric was rough and scratchy in my opinion. Disappointed because it looked so beautiful online, I thought I’d love it.
