Truly Non-stick!

Great set of non-stick pots/pans. Follow the initial instructions to season the pans with cooking oil. These truly are well made, non-stick pans. Exactly what we were looking for!

So Disappointed in Bloomingdale's

We were so excited for this cookware set. Unfortunately, one of the pans was damaged and had appeared to have been used. We thought it was odd that the package shipped from our local Bloomingdale's store. When trying to return the package, we no longer had the bigger box or copious amount of bubble wrap it was shipped in (it was a gift so did not open right away). This is a very heavy package and "fragile" was written all over it. We then have to pay for all of the shipping material and could not just take it back to the local store because they said that they would say that we damaged it. Customer Service could do nothing about it. To say the whole experience with Bloomingdale's was disappointing would be an understatement. Unfortunately, if we bought through Amazon, we would not have had these issues as they include the shipping packaging in their returns.
