It has been a nightmare. Went to Bloomingdale store to buy a 10.25” Le Creuset pan. They did not have the size and color I needed so the saleswoman looked up on line. She said she found a 9” but I knew the bride wanted 10.25”. Salesperson said it depended on where you measure the pan. She ordered it to be shipped. I took the Metro home (takes an hour). Went on line and found there is a 10.25”! I called customer service. They said they would cancel order and send correct pan. I checked a few days later and customer service said the order was not canceled but had not yet shipped so she would have it sent back to store and I would be reimbursed. Then a week later when I called they said they could not cancel and the bride would need to return the pan so I could be reimbursed. I am fed up with bloomindales
