Does not last

Disappointing quality given the reputation of Le Creuset. Less than a year into normal use and proper cleaning, the nonstick ceramic is no longer properly nonstick -- food sticks all the time. Sometimes it seems worse/hard to use than our stainless steel. Not recommended.

Wrong order

I received the wrong order, called customer service to get the item replaced just so they can send the same wrong item again. If you really want this pot buy it from a different company.

Poor quality

Poor quality finish started chipping along the edge within weeks of normal use. We are worried that the chips will release small particles into our food.
