I had this for not even a month and the whole thing cracked in half. Poor quality. Would not recommend.

Be careful if ordering as a gift
The item itself is fine but Bloomingdales customer service is dismal. I ordered this as a gift and selected gift receipt when checking out. The item didn’t come with a gift receipt so I called to see if they can send one via email. I spoke to someone who confirmed that I should have one in my inbox within a hour. Two hours go by and at this point I need to leave the house to go to the engagement party where I will give said gift. I call back again asking for them to send a gift receipt via email since it never came either in the package or via email after I followed up earlier in the morning. The person on the phone first told me I had already received one, which wasn’t true (I checked the boxes thoroughly and my inbox and spam folders). She then told me they can’t send one and recommend I forward my email with the order to the person receiving the gift. I shared that this isn’t a gift receipt then as they will see the full details of the purchase including the price. She was very rude and refused to help me other then telling me to forward the order email. I am shocked and very disappointed that Bloomingdales customer service can’t do something as simple as sending a gift receipt even though they have that as an option at check out. What is customer service coming to? I thought Bloomingdales would be better for sure.
Love it! High quality and functional.
Has such a nice look and feel, plus its useful! The blue is a really pretty color, it looks great sitting out on our counter.
