Very versatile travel bag as it expands to meet your requirements. Very sturdy and lightweight.

Received damaged product.
Received damaged product. The stitching on the back of the bag is unraveled. I reached out to customer service and they stated they were sold out. I asked if there was a repair service but the rep said to return the item and wait for the item to come back in stock. The color I had ordered and received was the black on black which has been difficult to find so I am really bummed.
Bag arrived without included shoulder strap
The bag shipped from Bloomingdale’s without the included shoulder strap, making it pretty well useless for travel. Getting a replacement bag was tedious. Remains to be seen if replacement will include the strap. The bag itself looks nice and it was fairly easy to zip in to the smaller size. Fair warning that this does not pack as small or flat as the typical Le Pliage due to the bag’s size and the extra zipper. Also the packaging from Bloomingdale’s was awful. A few sheets of folded paper were tossed in the barely taped box, so of course it got crushed during transit. Box arrived a total mess. Zero stars for the service aspect.

Classy and best travel bag
I was being my mom’s and decided to get my own! Note you can make it bigger or smaller. It’s very versatile, comfortable and an amazing travel bag. I always see chic globe trotters with them and I’m glad to have joined these ladies! You can also customized and take it to longchamp store for engraving free of cost.

Grate bag to have for unexpected luggage overflow. Very useful for my travels to Europe. Can be brought on flight and has a lot of space to carry so much.

Great, large travel bag
This is a great, large travel bag. It starts out a regular large size. But with some magic zippers becomes huge. It really holds a lot. It’s a little tricky to re-zip it back to the “smaller” size, but not so hard. It’s worthwhile when you need a lot of room or might pick up more stuff on a trip by the time you’re on the way back. It’s not an everyday bag.

Bag is not lined on inside!
Super cute cognac color, however bag is not lined as described on website description- All white inside, which is disappointing.
